Leaders need congruency between the internal and external self, asset based approach that looks at community; deep respect and humility; listening and understanding through the eyes/ears of those affected by it; offer participants concrete opportunity to practice and make a contribution that is concrete and big picture. Cluster of skills: mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills that help to mobilize people, ideas and opportunities.
